Welcome to the WATS 2010 Exhibitor Information Page – where you’ll find everything you need to know for a successful show!

Goben Convention Services is the WATS 2010 Official Service Contractor. Goben is located in Orlando and is equipped to deal with your exhibiting needs. If you have any questions regarding your booth or setup at the show, please contact Goben.

Goben now offers online ordering for its products and services and will email your primary booth contact with a password and instructions on how to access the online ordering system. Please note that access information will only be available through Goben – If you need a username and password to access the website, please visit http://www.gobencs.com/contactshow.html to request your credentials.

The WATS 2010 Exhibitor Kit  is available on Goben’s site and will take you through the necessary steps for ordering services for your booth and shipping your exhibit materials to and from the show. You may download a hard copy of the manual once you have logged into the WATS show. Please take the time to download and review the WATS 2010 Exhibitor Kit so you will have everything you need for your exhibit.

Please note that your WATS Exhibitor package DOES NOT include power, Internet Service or Custom Booth Furniture. All of these accessories can be viewed and ordered by following these links:

Since only exhibitors are allowed access to the online manual, Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs) should contact Stephanie@gobencs.com for the necessary forms.

Your WATS 2010 Exhibitor Booth Package includes (per 10’ x 10’ booth on a pro-rata basis):

• 10’ x 10’ Booth space Pipe & Drape (Red & White)
  6’ x 30” high table skirted in white
  Company Identification Sign
  1 Wastebasket with liner
  2 padded chairs
  Existing ballroom carpet (multi-colored)
  Islands include floor marking of booth area

• All event and conference materials

• Delegate attendee list supplied to exhibitors

• Free admission for up to 2 booth personnel
  You are entitled to 2 free booth personnel passes for the first 10 x 10 booth. An additional free booth personnel pass is available for every subsequent booth; i.e. a 2 booth unit 20 x 10ft would receive 3 booth personnel passes, a 20x20 would receive 5 free passes. (Included: free access to all conferences, morning and afternoon coffee breaks with snacks, lunch and beverages, and cocktail reception).

  Additional staff passes may be purchased for exhibiting companies at a reduced rate of US$270. A maximum of 3 additional passes per exhibitor may be purchased. These will only be allocated to employees from official exhibiting companies – business cards will need to be supplied or passes will be charged at the full rate.

• Invitation to join the WATS Golf Day
  WATS Golf Day will be on Monday, April 26 on the challenging, yet playable, David-Harman designed Shingle Creek Golf Course. All WATS Exhibitors and Delegates, irrespective of ability, are invited to join us. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Golf equipment can be rented from the club – or you may bring your own. All players are responsible for their own greens fees (US $90). Register your Golfers online when you register them for WATS.  Golf registration deadline is Friday, April 9. 

• 10 VIP passes - for your airline customers only (subject to receipt of invitee information received by deadline of Friday, February 12, and presentation of a valid Airline ID card at WATS).
  The cost of each invitation is $80 and entitles your invitee(s) to full access to the conference, catering, receptions. It also includes a free subscription to CAT Magazine. These passes may be purchased by you (the exhibitor) or will be billed to the delegate when they register. To take advantage of this offer for your clients, please complete this excel form here with the names and contact details of all your airline invitees. With the cost of ‘Full Delegate Pass’ at $450 per person, this is a significant saving for your clients and potential clients.

   

• Inclusion of company contact information in the official WATS Show Catalogue.

• Inclusion of your company contact information and 50-word profile on our official WATS website. (Please submit your company profile here, to make sure our website is up-to-date with YOUR information!)

• Name, address and job title of all show attendees post event (data protection laws prohibit the release of attendee email contact information).

Hotel Rooms
There is a block of hotel rooms on hold for WATS exhibitors and delegates at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort. The Rosen Shingle Creek features its own conference center, four restaurants, four pools, a spa, fitness center, nature trails and much more. The 230-acre site is just off International Drive and only 20 minutes away from Orlando International Airport and the area’s famous theme parks. Book your room for WATS 2010 NOW and take advantage of the special WATS rate – available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made online at WATS Hotel Reservations or by calling Rosen Shingle Creek reservations at 866-996-6338 and asking for the WATS rate.

Monday, April 26   8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Exhibition Hall Open:  
Tuesday, April 27  8 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Wednesday, April 28   8:30 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
Thursday, April 29  8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Exhibition Tear Down:  
Thursday, April 29  2:30 p.m.
