Astrom Training Solutions has released a Crew Rostering System, featuring optimisation across crew pairing, rostering, and flight scheduling.

This release introduces next-generation rostering optimization, enabling airlines to efficiently generate, manage, and recover crew schedules under both normal and irregular operations (IROPS). It includes real-time re-rostering, regulatory compliance management, and fatigue risk considerations to ensure safe and efficient crew utilization.

A key highlight of this release is the introduction of synchronized optimization between crew pairing, rostering and flight scheduling, allowing both crew and aircraft plans to be optimized together. This integrated approach significantly improves operational resilience, reduces disruption impact, and enhances overall resource efficiency across the airline network. The system also extends synchronization to simulator scheduling, creating a unified optimization environment across operations and training.

Additional core optimization and planning features include: scenario-based pairing optimization,  Advanced AI-based disruption prediction, and training event scheduling integration.

Astrom is exhibiting at WATS 2026, booth 308. Stop by to learn more.
