Aviation Training Support Expands Across Nine Global Locations

Engineering & Computer Services, Inc. (ECS) is expanding its role under the Warfighter Training Readiness Solutions (W-TRS) contract, providing aviation training, simulation and operational support to U.S. allies worldwide.

As a subcontractor to V2X, ECS supports Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts in nine locations across the Middle East, Africa, and the Pacific. The company delivers instructor pilots, simulator technicians and sustainment support for AH-64 Apache, UH-60 Black Hawk, and CH-47 Chinook platforms, enabling allied forces to build and maintain mission-ready capabilities.

Under the contract, ECS operates and maintains advanced flight simulators, including the AH-64 Longbow Crew Trainer, UH-60 Operational Flight Trainer and CH-47 Tactical Flight Proficiency Simulator. These systems provide realistic environments for pilots to develop proficiency across a range of mission scenarios.

ECS also provides full life support and sponsorship for its deployed workforce, managing logistics, housing and administrative coordination while ensuring compliance with host nation labor and residency requirements.

ECS is currently executing multiple task orders and has been asked to expand support to additional systems. This work builds on more than six years of experience at many of the same locations under the Enterprise Training Services Contract (ETSC), where ECS was one of five small business prime awardees.
