Nathan Ginos has been promoted to Vice President of Operations at Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS), in Huntsville, Alabama. With over 23 years of asset and program management expertise and almost 20 years as an U.S. Army aviator, Ginos will lead the Huntsville team to support military and commercial clients with innovative global training products and services.

Nathan Ginos has been promoted to Vice President of Development of Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS).

Mick Golson, chief operating officer for Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS), states: “Nate is an experienced aviator and subject matter expert (SME) who has been a valued member of our team since 2017. His extensive operational and military background paired with his critical thinking skills make him the ideal leader for our Huntsville team as we continue to expand our capabilities in the aviation and aerospace and logistics sectors.”

Ginos joined ECS in 2017 as a CH-47F SME and Deputy Program Manager following his retirement from the Army after 22 years of service. During his military career, he was a CH-47D/F pilot and Aviation Officer with extensive experience managing petroleum, aviation and ground maintenance, air traffic services, and aviation units, as well as serving multiple assignments as an operational level planner. A retired U.S. Army officer with asset and program management and communications experience, Ginos blends his technical experience with his operational background to analyze customers’ needs and then implements those requirements into successful training services and innovative technology products. He also oversees key aviation and logistics projects.
