Nominations are now open for National Training and Simulation Association (NTSA)’s 2024 Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Awards. Each year, NTSA honors outstanding achievements in the fields of modeling, simulation, and training. Submissions are invited in the following categories:
Education / Human Performance: This category seeks nominations that discuss the development and application of instructional strategies, methods, theories, and best practices that promote or advance learning and/or focus on the human dimension.
Training Systems Acquisition: This category seeks nominations related to issues associated with the acquisition of training devices, training simulations, and training services.
Simulation / Training: This category seeks nominations that discuss the application of innovative concepts, methods, and technologies to create effective simulation solutions, whether for training or non-training applications.
Lifetime Achievement: This category recognizes a candidate’s significant and substantial contributions to establishing modeling and simulation as a discipline in academia, industry, and/or government.
The deadline for nomination submissions is Friday, August 23. The awards will be presented at the annual NTSA M&S Awards Dinner, an invitation-only event, to be held on December 3 during I/ITSEC 2024 in Orlando, Florida.
