MAXRES and Mission Decisions are partnering to transform training content management in the UK Defence sector. The collaboration, formalised through a recently signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), will accelerate the production of immersive, interactive training content, tailored to individual learning requirements and optimised for headset delivery.

By integrating MAXRES’s Training Content Management Systems (TCMS) with Mission Decision’s secure generative AI capabilities, the entities believe they will revolutionise the way training content is generated, customised, and adapted based on customer Training Needs Analysis (TNA) output and specific end-user requirements. These new generative AI capabilities significantly accelerate development times, while maintaining overall quality, thereby reducing e-learning development costs.

The partnership will leverage the capabilities of both companies to deliver AI-driven training solutions that significantly improve speed of development, training efficiency and effectiveness for elearning content developers.
