Horizon Air has signed a contract for multiple Aerosim training technology solutions for the existing Q400 fleet and the newly added Embraer 175 fleet.
The deliverables include Aerosim's E175 ad Q400 ETHOS Systems Knowledge, Procedures Lessons, Flight Management System Trainers (FMST) and Virtual Flight Decks (VFD). Also included is a Virtual Procedure Trainer (VPT) that can convert back and forth from an E175 to Q400, as well as a second E175 VPT with its own dedicated simulated aircraft hardware.
