Alsim has sold an AL250 FNPT II simulator in the SEP/MEP configuration to its first Israeli customer, Sky Trainer Ltd.

The AL250 will be installed in March 2018 and operated under Sky Trainer Ltd., an advanced simulator and pilot centre which operates in conjunction with Israel’s largest flight school, Sky Aviation. Sky Aviation operates under the supervision of the Israeli Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation Authority.

Adan Gadi, Partner at Sky Trainer Ltd., commented, “We examined a number of simulators and concluded that the Alsim simulator was the best and provided us the best value for money. When we visited the factory, we were very impressed by the staff’s professionalism. So far, we are very pleased with the kindness and service we received.”

The AL250, released in 2016, is a compact, cost effective single pilot simulator focused on piston aircraft. It was developed with small to medium size flight training institutions in mind. EASA and FAA qualified, it addresses initial phase training needs (PPL, CPL, IR/ME) and is SEP/MEP re-configurable. It offers both classic and glass instrumentation for each flight model.

Alsim also recently revealed that Springbank Air Training College has purchased an AL200 simulator.
