BA CityFlyer are launching a First Officer recruitment campaign for pilots with 1000+ hours TT on aircraft under 10 tonnes.
The 'First Officer Career Development Programme' will break down traditional barriers to commercial airline employment for pilots with rotary or non-commercial aviation experience.
Partnering with KURA Aviation, the role of First Officer will be guaranteed subject to successful pilots satisfactorily meeting the standards required on a specifically tailored KURA BESTPILOT™ programme designed to transition the pilot smoothly into commercial airline operations.
The cost of the training will be part funded by BA CityFlyer and successful candidates will be bonded to the airline for a period of two years.
Applications open on Friday 20th July and will close at midnight on Friday 3rd August 2018.
