The Advanced Aircrew Academy, an International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) International Standards Support Services Affiliate (I3SA), published a white paper detailing the changes to training requirements and recommendations in IBAC’s 2018 International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO).

The white paper explains how IS–BAO required and recommended training will affect flight departments and flight department positions such as pilots, cabin attendants, maintenance technicians, dispatchers and schedulers. It also includes worksheets to assist companies in determining appropriate training programs.
