AirAsia chose Pelesys’ Training Management and Deployment System (TMDS) to meet its flight crew and cabin crew training management and reporting requirements. AirAsia will use Pelesys’ Qualification Management System (QMS) to monitor, aggregate and maintain flight and cabin crew qualifications – and Pelesys QMS module will become the central repository for storing and managing all of AirAsia’s electronic training and licensing records.

Pelesys’ QMS module is a rule-based solution that automates the management process for tracking qualification requirements of flight crew, cabin crew, maintenance engineers, dispatchers and any other employees that require qualification monitoring for regulatory compliance management.

As part of the QMS deployment, Pelesys, an aviation training solutions provider, will support the digitization and migration of AirAsia’s flight crew and cabin crew records, both current and historical. Pelesys will integrate its QMS module with AirAsia’s crew rostering system and CAE RISE platform, providing AirAsia with an electronic qualification tracking and electronic training records environment.
