Nelson Aviation College (NAC) ordered a new Pacific Simulators ProJet PS2.5 that will be used for Air New Zealand’s Airline Integration Course for future airline pilots.
The ProJet PS2.5 is a fixed‐base Flight Training Device (FTD) based on a narrow‐body, twin-engine jet aircraft that is used for airline preparation programs. It is appropriate for pilots who have their Commercial Pilot Licence and Multi‐Engine Instrument Rating but have not experienced the complexities of a large jet aircraft.
