Symbiotics has created an aviation-specific survey with the aim of gathering some information around the new EASA regulatory changes encompassing pilot mental wellbeing and mandatory psychological assessments. They are looking to canvas opinions and gain industry insight from pilots, flight crew, training, health and safety, selection and assessment professionals on this important subject.
You are invited to take the fully anonymous survey here, which should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete. Once the data is in and the survey is closed, Symbiotics will compile a report that will be shared with the aviation industry along with CAT, whilst informing some interesting discussions and statistics at Symbiotics’ Principal Occupational Psychologist, Karen Moore’s speaking engagements in 2019.
