NokScoot Airlines Co. Ltd. (NokScoot) awarded Astom Aviation Technology Inc. (Astrom) a contract for its pilot simulator Evidence Based Training (EBT) training program, SmartSim.
NokScootAirlines will use Astrom’s EBTsystem to perform and manage simulator training sessions. SmartSim provides instructorswith enhanced capability to adapt training to each individual trainee based onobserved performance gaps.
SmartSim offers acloud-based solution using EBT methodologies for operators and training centersto assess pilot competencies as well as performances in real-time.
SmartSim allows users to manage training material and records in fully digital curricula and forms, as well as records archiving; manage the mandatory elements of the training programs with EBT concepts, such as task analysis, performance monitoring and safety feedback loop; and much more.
