BAA Training has redesigned its logo. Inspired by planes, thelogo mark of the capital letters “BAA” is an abstract expression of theaircraft tail.

“The aircraft is the epicenter of the steadily growingaviation market, which should reach the market value of 6.3 trillion euros by2037,” said Kristina Valaityte, director of Marketing and CommunicationDepartment at BAA Training. “The synergy between airlines and trainingproviders is the driving market force ensuring its stable growth. Therefore itis only natural to use the aircraft symbol in our logo. With this visual update,BAA Training aims to express the synergy-based business approach,” said Valaityte.

The changes in the company’s identity have been triggered bythe continuous growth and geographical expansion of the company.  Just recently BAA Training has announced itsplans to invest almost 60 million euros into six additional full flightsimulators.

According to the strategic plan, BAA Training is about toexpand its training capabilities with a fourth training facility and two additionalfull flight simulators in 2019: Airbus A320ceo and Boeing737NG. Activelylooking into possibilities to expand its full flight simulator fleet in Europe,BAA Training is planning to acquire two simulators - Airbus A320neo and Boeing737NG in Rome, Italy in 2019-2020.

Meanwhile, the expansion in Asia is accelerating as BAATraining Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh city is to open a new training centre. BAATraining Vietnam will start operations with the first Airbus A320 full flightsimulator at the beginning of this autumn and will add the second AirbusA320neo later in 2019. In addition, the Joint Venture agreement with HenanCivil Aviation Development and Investment Company (HNCA), a local governmentalpartner in China, is soon to be signed and will mark the beginning of BAATraining China. Operated by the BAA Training franchise license, the trainingcentre in Henan province is set to assemble six full flight simulators in totalstarting with Airbus A320 and Boeing 737NG by the second quarter of 2020.
