The Korean civil authority has officially certified theentrol H19/AW109 Flight Training Device (FTD) Level 5 simulator purchased byHelikorea.
This FTD has been the first entrol simulator to be installedin South Korea in the city of Daejeon. It features a cylindrical visual system,a vibration system and a South Korean database with satellite imagery andmission scenarios. The device will be used for initial training, InstrumentFlight Rules (IFR), practice emergency procedures and mission operation.
