Symbiotics Limited is operating the Pilot Selection Zone at Pilot Careers Live in Manchester, England, on 6th July, and anyone attending the show who is interested in a career in aviation will be able to have a go at one of the tests within the ADAPT suite and find out more about their suitability to become a pilot.
Individuals who receive one of the top three scores from the test that day will receive a discount of between 20-50 percent on their attendance at one of Symbiotics’ ADAPT Pilot Assessment Preparation Courses.
Symbiotics is helping to prepare students for the pilottraining pipeline and the Pilot Assessment Preparation Course gives users aninsight into what to expect. The half-day Assessment Preparation Course helps potentialaviation candidates understand their personal strengths and it indicates areaswhere improvement in performance is required.
The course will provide the opportunity to undergo aninterview, group exercise and assessment preparation sessions that simulatethose experienced by candidates seeking to enter pilot training.
All candidates may also take Symbiotics’ aviationpersonality questionnaire and experience its FAST test, which looks at users’ psychomotorskills.
The next Pilot Assessment Preparation Courses are due totake place at the University of Leeds, with the choice of either a morning orafternoon session on 29th, 30th or 31st October.
