Helicentre Aviation and Bristow Helicopters have joined forces to launch a new commercial pilot scholarship programme.
The Bristow Commercial Pilot Scholarship will begin this year with the winner having their 35-hour modular CPL(H) course fully funded by Helicentre. Bristow will provide mentor opportunities that will help the student develop the skills and attributes required to be an offshore helicopter pilot.
Helicentre's scholarship programme is entering its eighth year and has seen more than £650,000 of scholarships awarded.
Bristow Helicopters UK operate multi-engine IFR passenger transport in support of the oil and gas industry and search and rescue missions for the coastguard.
