British-based VA Airline Training have appointed Karen Bath as its new head of customer engagement. She starts work at Cambridge Airport on Sept. 11.
Formerly head of customer experience for CTC Aviation and L3 Harris, Bath brings more than 20 years of experience.
Bath's remit will cover the airline training advice team, marketing, customer experience, airline relationships and all aspects of customer engagement.
"I can think of no-one better than Karen to continue and develop further our ‘Airline Ready’ strategy for us as we grow rapidly our portfolio of airline pilot training courses," said Anthony Petteford, managing director of VA-Airline Training.
