English-based VA Airline Training (VA) has launched a new Airline Ready Qualification Programme.

The programme comprises three key steps:

APS MCC: Enhanced Multi-Crew Cooperation training (40-hours jet simulator) combined with advanced jet operations training – all aligned and tested against standardised ICAO core competencies (20 days)

Employment Fundamentals: Non-technical skills development focused upon enhancing interpersonal skills, making effective airline applications and performing well in interviews (3 days)

Simulator Assessment Training: Individually tailored training designed to support preparation for airline employment assessments (2 hours)

"Our customers have asked us to deliver more career oriented programmes," said  Anthony Petteford, MD of VA Airline Training. "This new Airline Ready Qualification Programme brings together relevant VA courses into one complete career solution."

The training provider, based in Cambridge, England,  has been revamping its course offerings of late.
