MINT Software System have signed a service agreement with TAP Portugal for the implementation of their web-based training and qualification management system MINT TMS.
MINT TMS allows training planners, instructors and crews with “anytime, anywhere” online access to their training schedules, electronic grading forms, reports, learning materials, and other training related data.
TAP Portugal has selected the MINT hosted (SaaS) Premium Edition of MINT TMS for the management of their expanding training operations. It will also enhance training evaluation with MINT e-grading and in-depth performance analysis capabilities. It will also aid the integration of various IT systems, including the airline's crew rostering system.

In operation since 1945, TAP is Portugal’s leading airline. It currently operates about 3,000 weekly flights on a modern fleet of 105 Airbus aircraft and 21 aircraft.
