Britannica Knowledge Systems has made several changes to its management team with Asher Dagan, Adi Silagy and Yair Pinyan all taking on new roles.
Dagan, formerly VP Product and Marketing, has been appointed CEO replacing Yehuda Holzman.
"My mission is to ensure our customers get the most out of our product and to deliver real value by providing the most advanced and innovative training management system - with a great user experience,” said Dagan, who joined Britannica Knowledge Systems in 2000.
Silagy is the new VP of Product. Silagy joined Britannica in 2007 as Chief Product Manager before becoming Head of Customer Solutions.
“The Product team will continue working closely with customers to understand their needs, ensure ease of use, and plan ongoing development to ensure Fox continues to lead the TMS market worldwide.” said Silagy.
Pinyan has been appointed VP of R&D. Pinyan has over 20 years of experience in leading R&D organizations. He previously headed the MS Security Essentials product R&D at Microsoft and co-founded a startup which delivered a SaaS solution on AWS.
“Yair’s expertise in deep learning and artificial intelligence will be of great benefit to our R&D department,” said CEO Dagan. “I am certain that his leadership will facilitate the adoption and integration of the latest technologies in our R&D processes and boost innovation."
