EDM have installed a high-fidelity B777 Cabin Emergency Evacuation Trainer (CEET) for All Nippon Airways (ANA) at its new, ANA Blue Base training center in Tokyo.
The EDM CEET includes specially requested features. Close attention was paid to the critical dimensions within the cabin, such as distances from attendant stations to door open and close handles, indications and warnings and distances to emergency equipment.
The trainer was designed for ease of operation from an instructional perspective, UK-based EDM said . It added that particular attention was paid to the efficiency of setting up, instigating, de-briefing and repeating a training session.
