Comply365 has welcomed Canadian North to its customer base with a multiyear contract that will transform the operational information flight crew members must access into “smart manuals” and improve the airline’s compliance management system.
Comply365’s ProAuthor, an end-to-end operational content andcompliance management system, will replace multiple disparate systems at the airlinewhile delivering more personalized and relevant content to their pilots, flightattendants, and maintenance technicians.

Using ProAuthor, more than 400 employees in the FlightOperations, Inflight and Maintenance departments at Canadian North now willreceive smart manuals on their tablets that reduce the data required todownload updates, which was especially important because of the limitedconnectivity in the remote areas the airline serves.
