Alsim-Alpes-Aero

Alpes Aero, a French ATO based in Annecy, has bought an Alsim AL250 training device.

The Alsim AL250 is a generic and compact simulator for single and multi engine piston (SEP/MEP reconfigurable) PPL, CPL & IR training. Alsim say the device responds well to training requirements of smaller and mid-sized ATOs, flight schools, and universities.

"We were looking for a simulator capable of meeting the new IFR PBN training requirements," said Valentin Goy, Pilot at Alpes Aero.

"The high-performance AL250 responds perfectly and its high level of image texture associated with panoramic screens fully meets the study of VFR navigation too."

Alsim have installed over 60 AL250 devices worldwide. It says the device has a proven track record for cost-effectiveness.
