Emirates has received approvals to carry outbound passengers, beginning Monday 6 April, from Dubai Terminal 2 to London Heathrow, Frankfurt, Paris, Brussels and Zurich, with four flights a week to Heathrow, three a week to the other cities.

Emirates will also carry belly-hold cargo in both directions, transporting essential goods.

“These initial passengerservices, although limited to travellers who meet the entry requirements set bythe destination countries, will be welcomed by our customers seeking to returnhome to their countries and families,” said HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and ChiefExecutive, Emirates Group.

“We are working closely with the authorities to resume our services, keeping in mind the safety and wellbeing of our crew and customers at every step of the journey,” he added.

Emirates aircraft will undergo enhanced cleaning and disinfection processesafter each journey.

For health and safetyreasons, Emirates will operate a modified inflight service on these flights.Magazines and other print reading material will not be available. Food and beverages will continue to be offered on board, but packaging and presentation will be modified toreduce contact during meal service.
