BEFIT2FLY has announced a major new fitness training partnership with ATO SKY4u to deliver a fitness training programme for their staff, customers, students and pilots.

The partnership will combine SKY4u’s innovation in pilot training with the need to tackle other issues such as fatigue, stress, lack of sleep and unhealthy food options, by working together with BEFIT2FLY who have developed a tailor-made program for pilots, cabin crew and frequent flyers based on their individual rosters or travel patterns.

The fitness programme provides a structured path to achieve training success and reach a level of personal fitness leading to a turn around on an individual’s personal and professional performance.

SKY4u pilots on the programme will be trained by BEFIT2FLY experts, using bespoke training and meal plans as they take their first steps towards becoming fitter pilots.
