Qantas has chosen Spatial to deliver a new wide-body Cabin Emergency Evacuation Trainer (CEET). Working in collaboration with the Qantas team, the CEET will offer training on both A330 and B787 aircraft operations in a combined environment to meet Qantas training requirements.

As well as offering training on the doors for both aircraft types in both normal and emergency modes, the CEET will deliver cockpit entry procedures training and feature fire, smoke and decompression simulations.

Marc Van den Broucque, managing director of Spatial said: “We are delighted to have been chosen by Qantas to deliver this advanced training device. This builds on the projects we started with them in 2018 and we look forward to delivering a highly advanced device that is specifically tailored to their needs.”
