AeroStar and Eagle Jet International have entered a partnership to provide pilots with full-time, permanent employment positions.
The time-building pathway is open to past and future AeroStar graduates and leads to a permanent employment opportunity for the A320 aircraft in the Americas (not within the USA).
Low time pilots with or without A320 Type Rating can apply for the permanent A320 First Officer Employment pathway, with the first payment due after pilots have passed the airline screening, been offered employment by the airline and have completed the airline Operator Conversion Course.
A320/A330/A340/A350/A380 First Officers with at least 5000 hours total time including 3000 hours on Airbus can apply for the A320 Captain Upgrade with Permanent A320 Captain Employment pathway.
Pilots of any nationality with licenses issued by any ICAO country are eligible to apply.
