Pan Am Flight Academy has acquired a Boeing 757-200 Full Flight Simulator (FFS). This Level D simulator, along with a Level 5 Flight Training Device (FTD), are currently being relocated from Dallas Fort Worth, Texas, to the Pan Am Headquarters in Miami, Florida, and are scheduled to be available for training by November 1, 2021.

The FFS and FTD come equipped with the latest IS&S cockpit. Both machines include Rolls Royce RB211 engine models, GPS, and SMGCS capabilities. The FFS also has upset recovery (UPRT Dir 2).

“The addition of this simulator and Flight Training Device is a continuation of our strategic investment plan in response to the rise in training demand taking place in our industry,” said Jeff Portanova, President of Pan Am Flight Academy.
