Alsim is strengthening its presence in Germany as Air Munich Aviation, located in Jesenwang airport, nearby Munich, has recently bought an Alsim AL250 simulator.

The simulator addresses initial phase training needs including Private Pilot License (PPL), Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), instrument rating (IR)/multi-engine (ME) and is a single engine piston (SEP) / multi engine piston (MEP) re-configurable simulator certified as an EASA FNPT II. In addition, it offers both classic and glass cockpit instrumentation for each flight model.

“Under new direction since few years, we have been noticeably growing, expanding our fleet as well as our staff´s size,” according to Manuel Ringler, Head of Training/CEO of Air Munich Aviation AG. “With 14 aircraft and increasing demand, we decided to step-up and acquire a flight simulator. Beyond quality, our main requirements for a flight simulator were versatility and simplicity of the certification process.”
