  • In-person classes to start in April at Bristol Groundschool’s Clevedon location

In response to the lockdowns during the pandemic, UK training organisation Bristol Groundschool (BGS) moved all teaching online with the introduction of live and recorded webinars. Student pilots were severely affected by lockdown restrictions as flight schools temporarily closed, delaying hour building and training. With coronavirus restrictions now easing in the UK, Bristol Groundschool is giving its students the opportunity to attend in-person classroom lessons from their school in Clevedon, North Somerset in April.

Hybrid lessons are designed to be streamed live online for those students wishing to continue distance learning as well as accommodating students for in-person classroom learning.

Alex Whittingham, Bristol Groundschool’s Managing Director said: “Since the start of the pandemic two years ago, our online courses have been a lifeline for students looking to continue their pilot studies. Our instructors have done a fantastic job at adapting and delivering lessons online.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming students back to the classroom and have invested a great deal of time and money into ensuring our students get the best possible learning experience, whether that be online or in-person.”
