  • Customers now have access to more database models and better generic models
  • The company selected the StallBox solution from Bihrle for the product upgrade

Global One Training Group has upgraded its Boeing 737-300 Full Flight Simulator (FFS) and received the FAA Certification for Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT), Full Stall, Icing, Realistic Gusting Crosswind and Bounced Landing capabilities as per FAA FSTD Directive 2.

Global One Training Group has selected the StallBox solution from Bihrle Inc. The main advantages of this upgrade product were no impact on existing simulator certification and no interference with future baseline simulation updates.

The Boeing 737-300 FFS is located at Global One Training Group Simulator Training Center at the Orlando/Sanford International airport. The device has undergone a complete update, including GPS/RNAV approaches capabilities, and the visual system has been updated with an EPCollimated SupraVue, IG Rockwell Collins EP-8000, 200-by-40 degree Field of View and BARCO laser projectors.

With this visual system change the customers will have access to more extensive full database models and better generic models to create a highly realistic environment and improve the training device reliability.
