  • First cohort will start this September

Patria will provide Xfly training of future ATR 72 First Officers. Patria’s training will be based on the Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL) programme for students starting their studies before the end of 2023.

Patria will train the cadets, coming mainly from Sweden and Denmark, at its locations in Finland and Spain. The first group will start their studies in September 2022.

“Aviation industry is growing and we see a great demand for new and skilled pilots on the market,” states Jan Palmer, CEO at Xfly.  This demand will increase in the coming years. To become a pilot is one of the most interesting journeys for young people towards a professional career and Xfly is ready to offer a job for graduated newcomers.”
