Malaysian Flying Academy has instilled its trust again in ALSIM through the acquisition of a second ALSIM AL250 simulator.

The AL250 simulator addresses initial phase training needs (PPL, CPL, IR/ME) and is SEP/MEP reconfigurable simulator certified as an EASA FNPT II. In addition, it offers both classic and glass cockpit instrumentation for each flight model.

Captain Roy, Malaysian Flying Academy’s Accountable Manager, explains, “While simulator training is not a panacea for the problem of pilot training and the affordability of such training in the aviation industry, having a robust ground training solution makes a huge cost difference. At Malaysian Flying Academy, we have the advantage of having not one, not two, but three fully certified and approved flight and navigation procedures trainers at our facility. Today, we are pleased to announce the commissioning of our second ALSIM simulator, AL250, which replaces one of our older simulators. The flexibility and reliability of our existing ALSIM trainer and the quality of support provided by ALSIM have ensured that we look no further when it comes to upgrading our capabilities.”
