After three years of virtual conferences, we are extremely excited to bring the Asia Pacific Aviation Training Symposiumback to Singapore and the magnificent Marina Bay Sands next week!!

The last three years have seen huge developments in technologies, innovation and learning methods, and we have learned from our WATS and EATS conferences that our industry is eager to understand, learn and implement the latest thinking to get things done and face current challenges head on. I am sure the Asia-Pacific region is in the same State of Mind.

Back in person, we are once again hosting a three-stream conference and a vast exhibition hall where more than 50 companies will bring you a view of the latest developments for our training industry.

The keynote speeches will give a clear view of where the aviation industry is standing today, specifically the Asia-Pacific region, and what needs and solutions are needed.

The pilot stream will zone in on CBTA/EBT developments, implementation challenges and solutions. We have curated a group of world-leading experts, who will deliver insights and be available to answer your questions.

The second big challenge is the pipeline for new pilots. The forecasts worldwide are pessimistic about the provision of pilots, so we have a lineup of experts to give their view on this hot topic.

Technology is developing fast and VR/XR and AI are now the buzzwords. Our panels will help show you how to incorporate this technology efficiently into your working lives.

In the cabin crew stream we will focus on learning and new insights. CBTA will also be discussed, as a methodology which is now entering the world of cabin crew training. All this alongside interactive workshops, the cabin crew stream will be a great experience.

The maintenance stream will tackle the key issues of this time; the pipeline for new mechanics and the development of new instructors are key issues for the coming years.

Plus, for all streams, the issue of mental health will be tackled, having seen large developments over the last three years. We will hear from different experts about how to embrace an issue which is certainly one of the most important topics at the moment.

There are plenty of reasons to join us at APATS 2023 in Singapore, to listen and learn from regional and international speaker presentations, to visit the vendor booths, but most importantly share your ideas, your thoughts and your worries with colleagues from the region.

We look forward to welcoming you to APATS 2023.
