Airways Aviation ESMA Group has appointed Christine Mendy as the new African Market Business Development Manager. Over the coming year, she will play a pivotal role in growing strategic industry partnerships as the Airways Aviation ESMA develop its pipelines of trained aviation professionals to meet rapidly increasing African Aviation Industry demands.

With a background in marketing and sales of aviation training products and over 10 years of experience in the aviation industry generally, Mendy has a proven track record in business strategy, brand promotion and sales and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

In her previous positions, she excelled in drafting commercial proposals, responding to tenders, and establishing partnerships and working relations with key organizations such as Airbus Training Centre, the French Army, and South Africa Airlines amongst many others.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Mendy has also made significant contributions to the aviation community as the President of Women in Aviation International Senegal. Through this role, she has been actively involved in providing networking, education, mentoring, and scholarship opportunities for both females and males in pursuing careers in the African aviation and aerospace industries.
