Following an in-depth strategic review of the CAE business portfolio and after careful consideration, CAE, parent company of PRESAGIS, has decided to fold certain parts of the PRESAGIS business into its own company, as well as sell the Embedded Graphics (EG) part to a third-party.
TXT e-solutions S.p.A. has entered contract negotiations to acquire the EG business from PRESAGIS. TXT is an international group, and an end-to-end provider of software services and solutions to the aerospace and defense industries. The company hopes the closing of this transaction will happen soon, but in the meantime, business will remain as usual.
The remaining elements of the PRESAGIS organization will begin integrating into CAE immediately.
