Delta Air Lines has joined forces with the U.S. Army through the Army Partnership for Your Success program, according to its News Hub.

On January 17, Delta conducted the Army Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) Signing Ceremony at the Delta Flight Museum, marking the formalization of a partnership agreement with the U.S. Army PaYS Program. This program strategically connects enlisting soldiers and Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) Cadets with interviews and potential full-time employment opportunities post their Army service.

Within this collaboration, Delta will contribute by posting full-time positions on the PaYS database that align with future job vacancies and the skill sets offered by the U.S. Army, U.S. Army National Guard, and U.S. Army Reserve.
