Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd. has removed three cadet pilots from its US training program due to their non-compliance with incident reporting requirements, according to BNN Bloomberg.
Following a comprehensive investigation, Cathay emphasized the importance of a just and open reporting culture. Solo operations for the airline's cadets at AeroGuard Flight Training Center have now resumed.
