ATP Flight School is collaborating with Delta Air Lines on its launch of a new entry point into the Delta Propel Pilot Career Path Program through the newly established CFI (Certified Flight Instructor) Pathway. This addition, set to commence in late 2024, is designed to provide a streamlined and defined path for aspiring pilots at ATP Flight School to establish their careers at Delta Air Lines.

The Delta Propel CFI Pathway allows flight instructors from ATP Flight School to apply for a Qualified Job Offer (QJO) with Delta without needing prior affiliation with the airline.

Once selected, participants will serve as captains at Endeavor Air for a minimum of 24 months before transitioning to Delta.

With ATP's Airline Career Pilot Program, aspiring pilots can start with zero experience, achieve pilot certification in nine months, and then establish their career at Delta with a defined pathway and timeline. Year to date, ATP has placed 527 graduates at airlines and 1,232 in the last twelve months.

"Introducing this new entry point into the Propel program expands the career prospects for ATP flight instructors by providing a clear and defined path to Delta Air Lines," said Michael Arnold, Vice President of Marketing at ATP Flight School."
