Hilo Aviation has announced the release of its new AI-driven platform designed to support flight schools, students, pilots, lenders, and airlines. The Hilo AI Platform focuses on reducing costs, improving efficiency, and supporting safer aviation training through integrated data and automation tools.

The platform uses data from student performance, training milestones, scheduling, and resource use to deliver predictive analytics and personalized progress tracking. It includes a suite of applications such as Hilo Connect, which uses GPS data to improve flight tracking and safety, and Hilo Flight Planning, which assists pilots with route optimization and performance evaluation.

For students, Hilo offers FlyLingo, an interactive FAA test prep tool that uses AI to provide personalized learning support. The platform also connects students with job opportunities through Hilo Careers and supports funding through Hilo Student Finance. This feature enables real-time progress tracking for lenders, improving transparency and reducing financial risk.

“Our goal is to redefine aviation training and risk management through intelligent technology,” said David Bean, CEO of Hilo Aviation, Inc. “By combining our expertise and cutting-edge AI solutions, we are equipping pilots, flight schools, financial lending institutions and other aviation organizations with a comprehensive suite of products and services tailored to the aviation industry, offering solutions that reduce costs, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance student learning and management. Our platform helps improve the learning process and lowers student loan default rates by providing real-time insights into student performance and progress. The result is stronger trust between schools, students, and financial institutions.
