Flyco is implementing an Evidence-Based Training (EBT) system at Albinati Aeronautics, transitioning from traditional training methods to a digital platform focused on data analysis and skill development.

The EBT system by Flyco replaces paper-based techniques with a digitalized approach, aimed at expanding the training department's capabilities. It provides instructors and pilots with tools for monitoring performance and facilitating training assessments.

Key functions of the system include grading mechanisms, digital form generation, and comprehensive performance analysis. Albinati’s training department will be able to systematically track training quality and identify potential areas for improvement.

One objective of the EBT implementation is to give Albinati’s training team greater insight into crew competencies, enabling targeted development in specific performance areas. The data-driven framework aims to enhance proficiency across safety-critical skills.

“Transitioning to Evidence-Based Training is an advancement for Albinati Aeronautics. Flyco’s system will provide new tools to support the quality and effectiveness of our training programs," said Claus Schnoor, Training Manager at Albinati Aeronautics.
