By presenting at WATS, you can forge new connections, collaborate with like-minded experts, and become a recognized voice in the industry. Whether you’re showcasing innovative training techniques, sharing valuable lessons learned, or offering practical solutions to current challenges, your contributions can influence the future of aviation training.

Conference Streams at WATS 2025

This year's WATS event will feature four key conference streams:

  • Airline Pilot Training
  • Initial (Ab Initio) Pilot Training
  • Cabin Crew Training
  • Maintenance Technician Training

We are seeking speakers with expertise in these areas who can share real-world training insights, discuss emerging trends, and offer practical solutions.

WATS is an applied conference, so we’re particularly interested in speakers who can present on lessons learned and training outcomes, rather than purely academic papers.
