LIAT Adopts Customized System for Pilot Training

Avsoft International has formed a new partnership with LIAT, headquartered in Antigua and Barbuda. LIAT will implement Avsoft’s customized Learning Management System (avLMS) to deliver comprehensive pilot and cabin crew training for the ATR 72-600 and ERJ-145, along with access to Avsoft’s extensive general subjects library.

This partnership reflects LIAT’s ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. Through the customized avLMS, both LIAT pilots and cabin crew will have access to an array of up-to-date courses for effective training.

avLMS offers reporting capabilities that streamline the workload for training administrators. With detailed insights into crew performance, progress tracking, and compliance metrics, administrators can efficiently monitor training outcomes and ensure regulatory requirements are met. The system allows for the easy assignment of courses, while automated grading and certification help ensure timely completion of training requirements without manual intervention.
