Entrol has announced the sale of its first Full Flight Simulator (FFS) Level B to Air Corporate, an operator based in Italy. This AW139-based simulator is scheduled for installation in 2026 and is designed to provide a comprehensive training solution for various mission profiles, including firefighting and offshore transport.

The FFS Level B simulator replicates the AW139's configuration used by Air Corporate and features a six-degree-of-freedom motion platform combined with a 200ºx70º spherical visual system, providing an immersive training experience through seven channels. It is equipped with a customized ENVISION database that includes mission-specific environments for firefighting, Search and Rescue (SAR), Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and offshore operations.

Air Corporate has been a long-term partner of Entrol, previously operating two FTD Level 3 simulators, the H125 and H145. The new FFS Level B will utilize the same mission-specific database as the earlier devices, ensuring smooth integration within Air Corporate’s training framework.

Air Corporate has invested in advanced training technologies to enhance the qualifications of its pilots. The acquisition of the AW139 Full Flight Simulator aims to deliver comprehensive scenario-based training within a controlled environment, preparing pilots for various operational scenarios.

The project includes a four-year warranty and maintenance plan, along with a dedicated debriefing station for detailed session reviews. This ensures that Air Corporate receives ongoing support throughout the simulator’s lifecycle, enhancing training efficiency and maximizing the benefits of this investment.
