Astrom Training Solutions announced an expansion of its courseware library during this year’s World Aviation Training Summit (WATS), introducing two new aircraft type courses—ARJ21 and A350—alongside 45 specialized training programs. This update broadens the company’s range of pilot training solutions, which includes Airbus A320, A330, A350, and A380, as well as Boeing B737, B747, B767, B777, and B787, with variation courses available. Other covered aircraft types include the CRJ900, Dash 8-400, and additional regional models.

In addition to type-specific training, Astrom offers 45 specialty courses such as Crew Resource Management (CRM), Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT), and Continuous Descent Final Approach (CDFA). These courses are designed with an emphasis on engagement, especially for experienced pilots undertaking recurrent training.

Astrom’s platform features 3D-modeled cockpits, interactive modules, and adaptive learning powered by a knowledge-point system. The platform also supports multiple languages, enabling global accessibility, and includes extensive question banks to assist airlines that may not have in-house assessment resources.

The adaptive design helps learners identify and strengthen weak areas, enhancing knowledge retention and learning efficiency. Attendees at WATS can visit Astrom Training Solutions at Booth #308 to explore the updated offerings and learn more.
