A new pilot training centre has opened at Rome Fiumicino Airport, expected to train over 4,800 pilots annually. Covering 2,500 square meters, the facility features briefing rooms, training spaces, and advanced CAE full-flight simulators, according to LARA

A third simulator is planned for 2025. This expansion strengthens the airline’s commitment to enhancing pilot training and operations in Italy, following the success of its Budapest facility. The centre also reflects the focus on innovation and development of human capital within the aviation sector.
