Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) signed a six-year agreement to extend their TrueChoice Service with GE Aerospace that covers the maintenance, repair and overhaul of the airline’s GE90 engine-powered Boeing 777 commercial fleet.

The TrueChoice engine maintenance offerings incorporates GE Aerospace capabilities and customizations across an engine's lifecycle. All TrueChoice offerings are supported by GE Aerospace data analytics capabilities and experience to help reduce maintenance burden and service disruptions.

“This agreement extension ensures comprehensive coverage for our engines well into the future,” said Chai Eamsiri, THAI CEO.

THAI and GE Aerospace recently announced a GEnx order for THAI’s 787 Dreamliner fleet expansion. The airline also plans to operate the Airbus 321neo with CFM LEAP engines.
