The ENAC Foundation, supported by ATR, has launched the ProPulse mentoring project for students from Roland Garros and Eugène Montel high schools in Toulouse, France.

This initiative aims to raise awareness about aeronautics careers and strengthen students' technical and professional skills, with a focus on science, technology, and mathematics. ATR staff and ENAC engineering students will mentor participants, providing company visits, workshops, and guidance on career development. The program seeks to combat school dropout, inspire ambition, and ease students' professional integration through internships and early career experiences. ProPulse will run for three years, supporting four students annually.
